We are looking forward to seeing you in Barcelona.<\/h4>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3 class=\"notes\">IMPORTANT<\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li class=\"notes\">If you have reserved your GoCar Barcelona Tour with less than 24 hours before the start time, please call us to confirm availability on 0034 93 269 1792.<\/li>\n \t<li>We are happy to hold reservations up to 60 minutes beyond the selected start time.\n<span class=\"notes\">After this grace period GoCar Barcelona CANNOT guarantee car availability.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li>If you have purchased additional tickets (Sagrada Familia, Camp Nou and Poble Espanyol) and you are late we can not guarantee your slot and no refund will be given. Entrance tickets are only valid for the time period stated on them. The visit to the Sagrada Familia tower is made once you are inside. Your tower entry time appears on your ticket.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>If you have reserved four or more GoCars then please note that our CDW insurance is obligatory.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h4>REMEMBER TO BRING<\/h4>\n<ul>\n \t<li>A credit card or cash for the car deposit (300\u20ac)<\/li>\n \t<li>A valid driver\u2019s license (see below)<\/li>\n \t<li>Drivers must be 21 years old<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Please Note:<\/strong> Failure to bring the correct or valid documents on the day of your rental will result in your reservation being cancelled without any refund being given.\n<h4>CANCELLATION<\/h4>\nYou can cancel your booking at any time. The following charges apply.\n<ul>\n \t<li>Cancellation upto 24 hours before departure time. Refund, minus 20 euro cancellation fee per GoCar.<\/li>\n \t<li>Cancellation within 24 hours before departure time. No refund.<\/li>\n \t<li>In the event of rain, it is still possible to take your tour, or you can take a rain check and reschedule for another day within six months.<\/li>\n \t<li>Any refunds will be made onto the card used to make the original booking.<\/li>\n \t<li>GoCar Barcelona reserves the right to amend or cancel any reservation. If this is the case your reservation will be rescheduled or fully refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>TOUR EXTENTION<\/h4>\nDon\u2019t worry if you are having fun in the GoCar and you want to stay out on tour longer than your reservation. We will simply charge you for the extra time (at standard rates) when you return the vehicle. In the event that you choose to return your GoCar earlier, no refund applies.\n<h4>DRIVING LICENSE INFORMATION<\/h4>\nIf your driving license is not from one of the countries below you will need an international license or an official translation of your license into Spanish:\n\nAlgeria, Andorra, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Venezuela.\n<h4>International License<\/h4>\nThis needs to be applied for and purchased in your HOME country. It is easily obtained and valid all over the world.\n<h4>Official Translation<\/h4>\nTo order a translation from GoCar please follow the steps below and we will have the translation waiting for you upon arrival. Please bear in mind that we can currently only translate your license if it is written in English or French.\n<ul>\n \t<li>1. Email a legible colour copy of both sides of your license to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:reservations@gocarbarcelona.com\">reservations@gocarbarcelona.com<\/a>\u00a0(a pdf. Format is the best)<\/li>\n \t<li>2. Pay the \u20ac20 cost for the certified translation online: <a href=\"https:\/\/gocartours.rezdy.com\/2225\/license-translation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/gocartours.rezdy.com\/2225\/license-translation<\/a><\/li>\n \t<li>3. On the day of your tour we will present you with your translated license, which is valid for driving in Spain for up to 6 months.<\/li>\n \t<li>Alternatively, should you prefer to wait until your arrival, we can have your license translated within the hour if you present it directly at our shop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Please note:<\/strong> The translation service is only available Monday to Friday 09:00 to 19:00. Not at the weekends or official Spanish holidays\n\nYou are still able to rent a GoCar without an international license or an official translation and be covered by our third party insurance.
